We have received hundreds of request from LGBTQ+ community members looking for imitate relief during this difficult time. The primary need is for cash assistance to secure essentials including food, shelter, and medications.

Oakland LGBTQ Center Emergency Rent & Housing Assistance Fund
This fund is established to provide low income and homeless individuals with emergency housing assistance to prevent homelessness and to help homeless individuals secure emergency housing. All donations made to this fund will go towards providing direct housing assistance, (not admin overhead) to our most marginalized community members only.
Oakland Food Service Workers COVID-19 Relief Fund
The Oakland Food Service Workers COVID-19 Relief Fund is aiming to raise $100,000 to support individual food service workers and their families in need through cash relief. Priority will be given to LGBTQ+, Black, indigenous, and other POC, undocumented, unhoused, disabled, Oakland/Bay Area native folks.
